I bought it 2 months ago after my freezer suddenly broke but this chest freezer is a godsend and I love it!! Quite quiet but there is a slight white noise that comes from it, packed well and easy to place in your house. I've not had any freezer burn yet from this and the door seems quite stable and seals well. It's also quite well sized so fits in little corners of your kitchen like mine if you have the space. It's so much more roomy than it looks from the outside too you can fit loads in it compared to a normal drawer freezer.

Delivered to door step and I carried it in and unpacked it easily by myself as it doesn't weigh very much. Easy to move on feet and takes up little room,plenty of room for a good shop and looks really smart too. I'd definitely recommend A+

Really impressed with this freezer so far. It cools down quickly, runs quietly, and fits more inside than I expected. I also like the simple black design as it looks much nicer. Great option if you need extra freezer space without taking up too much room.

i brought this as my fitted fridge freezer broke down and i am having a party so i needed a freezer/chiller This is a lovely little unit and looks very smart , I also liked that you have the choice of using it as a freezer 4 star or turning the temperature down to chill mode . its so quiet as well . super 24 hour delivery too , very pleased

Everything is fine, but I received totally damage all side broken look like this picture but product is fantastic. I think is delivery driver problem they can’t take care if is it doesn’t broken hundred percent solid and also good value of money.

I have had constant complaints from my downstairs neighbors because of the noise this freezer makes, especially during the night. The continuous loud banging sounds have become a nightmare to live with in an apartment. Amazon refuses to take responsibility because the product is sold by a third-party seller. The company responsible will not even provide an email address so I can send them the video they themselves requested as proof. They want me to return the freezer before issuing a refund. How am I supposed to do that? I need the refund first so I can buy a replacement that actually works and transfer all the meat and food I currently have stored in this freezer. What am I supposed to do with everything inside? Throw it away? Do not waste your money on this product or this seller. I read the reviews beforehand and decided to give them a chance anyway. That turned out to be a big mistake. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
