I love to barbecue on soaked skewers, and to create sheet pan dinners with vegetables. Meats are mostly beef, and cubed lamb. This is a tasty addition to my line-up, which includes homemade garam masala. I haven't tried it yet in a rich stew containing sheep or goat meat. I certainly intend to, because for my cookery this spice isn't a one-item ingredient.

Love, love, love this stuff! This type of chili flake spice adds an element of heat but on the back-end after a few seconds in the mouth. I can taste my food first and then get some heat. I put this spice on almost all of my food.

Love Sumac. I purchased for Mediterranean recipes but use it for others as well because of the tang in it. What a great addition to my spice cupboard

I love cardamom and was excited to try this, especially after reading all the wonderful reviews, but this jar was bitter without any of the unique floral woodsy aromatic qualities that my favourite spice is known for. Disappointing.
