How many layers of cotton is this? Is there a separate layer that stops oil from Seeping out? I use cotton but it is usually very messy.

What makes this worth over $50? Why can't I use organic cotton cloth?

I have used castor oil packs for years and this wrap simplifies the mess by having a waterproof backing. I keep my pack rolled up and in a jar to keep it from drying out. It stays in place all night and I don’t have to use plastic wrap to keep it from getting on my clothes or linens. I love it.

I have been using it for a month and no results whatsoever. I am quite disappointed. Did anyone not see any results either?

Some people notice improvements in days, some can take weeks, even months to notice a change. Consistency and staying hydrated is key! I encourage you to stick to your practice because even if it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything, the research clearly shows that it is benefitting the body!

Where exactly do I place the oil? Top, middle, bottom?
