Does this product have tamper seal on top?

There is a plastic seal, but it's completely pointless. All it does is prevent the top from being flipped up, but you can still unscrew the top. Someone could easily unscrew it, tamper with the contents, then screw it back on, without ever removing the plastic "seal!"
