What is the percentage of alcohol?

I cannot tell you the percentage of alcohol used bc the label just says "contains ethyl alcohol, fragrance...." It does smell "fragrant" but the wipes seem to be drier and perhaps that is why I get smudges.

Can these wipes be used to clean a black printer that is always dusty?

Printers produced from plastic. So, you can try on some small part, if it is works without any problem then yes. However, we have done such tests.

Anyone else experience dry wipes?

Occasionally I have a dry wipe, especially if it was one left in the car. Most have been fine
