Just purchased another one of these amazing caps- I place/keep stored in my freezer, so nice and icy cold to ease head pains due to sinuses, migraine, other headaches- I reluctantly take the cap off to place back in freezer then wait until frozen again had the 1st cap for years- I decided to purchase another for the worse days so I can continually wear one- I would not be without these wonderful healing gel caps- Not heavy to wear - comfortable, durable and a good price too.

I bought this head wrap to help soothe the pain from shingles on my scalp and it actually provided noticeable relief. The gel stays cold for a decent amount of time and allowed me to get to sleep . Its more comfortable than holding an ice pack by hand and its easy to reuse - just pop it back in the freezer. Would recommend for anyone needing targeted cold therapy for headaches, scalp pain or migraines.

Really great idea for migraine sufferers, very easy to use, just have to remember to pop it in the freezer again afterwards so that it's ready when needed.

I bought 2 of these as my daughter and I both have frequent migraines and tension headaches. I keep them in the fridge and they give amazing relief to the pain.

The ice cold def helps my migraines and it’s more effective than the eye mask I have. But I do have a small head and I find this tight and hard to pull on. The shape of the ice sections doesn’t help as they are rectangular which when frozen doesn’t curve like your head shape. Smaller square shapes of ice would be better and a Velcro fastening so you can adjust the size and wrap it round your head rather than trying to pull it over while pulling your pony tail out the top which is awkward.

I have bought this last winter and supposed to be used for my sudden headache. I rarely get it and as soon as I have received this , my headaches had stopped. Since then till now in July heat wave summer . I live under a roof with lots of windows and my flat is beyond imagination with heats by sun. I get tanned near the side of window just staying there for 40 mins . Unbearable. And boiling hot and even painful . I am now using this icy cold hat at home to cool me down . Soooo good !!! Really helpful . It cools down around my face till neck as well . Different use but very happy.

Wearing the cooling head cap is the only way I can get any sleep when migraine hits. It fits tightly over hair and lumps of ice press into head and face which feels great.

I was a little dubious to purchase this at first, given its price. However, I certainly wasn't disappointed; I suffer from migraines often and it's become a real headache (no pun intended). So I keep this in the freezer constantly so that it can be quickly accessed when I start to feel a migraine kicking in. It stays cool for hours, some may even say too cool, but it is perfect for me and really does offer fast relief and soothes a migraine. I'm giving it 4 and not 5 stars as it certainly is on the pricey side, especially compared to ice packs, cooling strips etc. However, it makes up for this in convenience...especially as it can be work whilst you continue to work. Previously, I would have to hold ice packs which would be inconventient especially as I wear glasses and use my mouse and keyboard a lot. Overall, I highly recommend this and it is a must-have for all of us migraine sufferers.

I left this product on the couch for 10 minutes and wore it to bed and found purple stains all over that won’t come out!!!!!!! Horrible cheap and a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this cap to help with migraines. A cold cloth or ice pack when you have a migraine can offer some relief but they either don't get cold enough or stay cold long enough. I found this item during a search for an alternative and after reading the reviews decided to give this a go. After using this cap with several migraines I have mostly wonderful things to say about it and only a few minor negatives. Pros: This thing gets cold and I mean freezing cold and it will stay cold for at least an hour. When I go to bed with a migraine, this thing is cold long enough for me to go to sleep. The cap is also a snug fit which is a great bonus because the tightness of the cap applies pressure which when combined with the cold is a winning combo! The cap is sectioned out in squares and inside each square is an ice cube which can be moved or pushed to the area that is hurting. The ice cubes are hard but not so hard that you can't lay down on them. I can use this cap sitting in a chair or sleeping in bed and I never have to fear it will fall off! Cons: The cap will probably freeze your eyeballs! No matter how you put the cap on, there is always an ice cube close to your eyes. If you headache is coming from your eyes then this is a good thing but if you are experiencing pain from another part of your head, then your eyes are going to hurt from the cold. Also, the square sections of the cap are too large (in my opinion). The cubes can only be moved around within their square and this means that when you put the cap on, that you might not be able to get a cube to actually sit on or be near your source of pain. I actually had this happen a few times. I think the squares should be smaller which would allow for more ice which in turn would provide for more coverage. I considered these Cons to be minor because I was able to come up with a solution for both cons. For the ice not getting to the right area, I found that I could turn my cap sideways or put it on halfway and that would put a square in the right place. The cap is designed to go on one way so it can be a little uncomfortable when you have to wear it off center but not as uncomfortable as a migraine. My favorite solution was for the eyeball freezing part. which required the use of a sleeping mask that I had bought on Amazon but didn't really like. The sleeping mask that I bought had claimed to have a Velcro band to help keep it secure at night but when I got it, there was no Velcro - it was just an elastic band which means it would slip off each and every night and I ended up throwing that sleeping mask in a drawer. That is until I got this cap. What I do is place the sleeping mask on my face and then place the cap over it. This had 3 positive side affects. The first was that the sleeping mask created a barrier between the cap and my eyes. I can still feel the coolness but its not so cold as to hurt my eyes anymore. The second was that the combination of the sleeping mask and the cap created a complete blackout from any and all light. As anyone who has ever suffered from a migraine knows - light is pain! And the third benefit is the cap is tighter on my head when I am wearing the sleeping mask which means it creates more pressure and pressure is relief where a migraine is concerned. I really love this item even with the cons I had mentioned. I might have felt differently if I hadn't been able to find a solution for them, but I did and I will never be without one of these. If they ever create an "Upgraded" version with smaller squares and maybe a built in eye cover that can be removed if needed, then I will be the first in line to purchase! I love this thing so much that I bought a second one and when I don't have a headache, they are both in the freezer and when a migraine hits me - I can rotate between the two and always have a cold cap handy if I need it. If you are a migraine sufferer and are looking for something to offer relief, then pull out your favorite sleeping mask and give this thing a try.

Quando ho l’emicrania, non riesco a fare niente... devo solo stare in una stanza buia con il ghiaccio sulla testa. Con questo prodotto invece mi sento molto meglio! Diventa buio subito, è fresco ma non troppo freddo, e la parte delle orecchie non dà fastidio perché non c’è il gel. Copre bene la fronte, le tempie e anche la parte dietro della testa, proprio dove serve. Anche quando non ho mal di testa, lo uso per fare un piccolo pisolino — mi addormento subito! 😴 Davvero un ottimo acquisto, lo consiglio tantissimo.
