Howard Restor-A-Finish, 16 Fl oz, Dark Walnut

This is the best furniture polish. Easy to apply, great finish and no order. My furniture looks brand no ew and got rid of little scratches.

I’m honestly impressed with this product. I used Restor-A-Finish on an antique piece that had a lot of faded areas, scratches, and years of wear, and I wasn't expecting such dramatic results. It brought much of the wood back to life, blended in small imperfections, and restored the richness of the finish without having to completely strip or refinish the majority of it. It was easy to apply, and the transformation was almost immediate. The piece looks refreshed while still keeping its original character and patina. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to revive older wood furniture without a full restoration project. The top of the piece had many marks and large imperfections i did not expect the Restor-A-Finish to magically fix, but I tried it out of curiosity figuring I'd still need to fully refinish anyway. The marks are definitely there, but the wood looks so healthy I might just leave it. I applied using #0000 steel wool and followed treatment up with Howard Feed-N-Wax to seal it in and continue feeding the starved wood.

I had milky white stains from spilled rubbing alcohol on a solid dark Mahogany bed . Which I thought was ruined. I applied this product with a paper towel and nothing happened But when I applied it with 0000 steel wool , Magic the stains disappeared. It was very easy and the original wood color came back without any blemishes. I can't believe it works so well. Another review said it had an odor but i found it not bad at all and whatever there was quickly disappeared. I can't wait to try the Howard's feed n wax

This stuff is absolutely amazing!! Was looking at a complete strip and refinish of my grandmas 70+ year old hutch. It's not perfect but it looks better than it has in the 20 years I've had it.

The product is invaluable for me as an antique seller. The product is easy to apply and does not have a strong odor. The light stain treats small imperfections on finishes and makes furniture look great.

You know I love this stuff!! Made my beat up dresser look new !! Truly a scratched up piece and looks great now !!

Not impressed, orange glow works better. Takes time and smells, maybe I’m not using it right.

I refinish / restore furniture. This product is a saviour. Recently restored a globe Wernicke bookcase that was in rough shape but the exterior just needed the finish to come back to life. I used restore finish on the exterior finish and the interior side and back wall, it kept the charm and originality but polished it up.

Really easy to use and great result with minimal effort.

I ordered this because I had 2 tables I was not able to refresh, tried multiple waxing products to revive them. Used this, was easy to use and did not take much prep or time. Just needed to wipe the product on and then wipe excess off. Removed the water stains I was struggling with and that dry look. Leaving with a rich and saturated finish. Not dark as I expected (but I had only done 2 quick applications).
