does those screws and cage nut feel solid?

yes, they are very solid. These longer throw screws did the trick for some of my rack gear with thick front plates.

Are they 10/32 spec ?

M6x16mm screws and cage nuts, diameter of screw is 16 millimeter, around 3/5 inch, 4/5 inch long if include the screw head, diameter of the screw head is 1/2 inch, or 12 millimeter.

Are the nylon washers available seperately? They are most subjecty to wear, the nuts and bolts proper are adequately durable.
