I bought the Urban Terrain UT3001A27.5 Black, Alloy Mountain Cycle with 21 Shimano Gear from Amazon 28 Sep, 2023 and I am very happy with my purchase. This bike is ideal for average height adults from 5.5 and above. With a Black and Green color combination it looks stylish and sporty . The bike is easy to assemble and comes with all the necessary tools and instructions. The Looks, The Feel, The Ride Quality all is TOP NOTCH. Alloy frame is lighter so its less tiring off-road. Tire has good grip. Breaks is good and gets the job done i would say the manufactures could make it better. Looks are the very very good. Some of the highlight is listed below - Stylish - Feature Loaded - Smooth Shifting - Lightweight - Feels sturdy and durable - Suspensions are good - Nice customer service - Free delivery and free assembly service - Fast installation (I had asked for an onsite installation which is good for people who are using it for the first time or did not own a gear cycle before, The person who came to install did an excellent work. ) The bike is comfortable to ride, with a adjustable seat and ergonomic handlebars. The bike also has a kickstand, reflectors, mudguards, and a bottle holder for convenience. The bike is easy to maneuver and is suitable for both casual and adventurous riders, as it can handle rough roads, hills, trails. The bike has a good grip and traction on the ground, thanks to the 27.5-inch tires. The bike also has a good balance and stability, thanks to the wide wheelbase and low center of gravity. The bike is worth the price, as it offers great quality, performance, and features. I got it for ₹12,999.00, which was a good deal. The bike also came with free delivery and free assembly service. The customer service was prompt and helpful. I also got the 1:1 free Dietician session, this is one of the most interesting and beneficial part of this purchase, The dietician had given a call based on the appoint time fixed by the Cult Sport Team and this 1:1 session gave me the insight about the importance of keeping my body fit and the diet plan that was shared by the Dietician was based on the Q&A session where she had asked few question on my daily lifestyle (the food, water consumption and work pattern and may more question) based on which i was recommend a diet plan that is helping me to loose my weight and workout, i want to thank the Dietician for her attention to details and effort to train an educate me of how lifestyle issues can be avoided by proper diet and exercise. Kudos to the Dietician and to Cult Sport for this initiative. I would recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for a fun and reliable mountain bike that can handle any challenge. This bike is a great choice for beginners.

Cycle is very good. Smooth gear shifting and light in weight. But disc break is not up to the mark and could have been include a bottle holder too in this model. However this cycle would be a great option in this price range and for short distance daily cycling activities. It would be better if we wait to assemble the cycle by UT technicians itself as the tool along with the package is not good enough. Technicians will come in 2 -3 days and they do it in the professional way. For me, the technician was very nice and gave some tips to ride and maintain the cycle. As part of cult sports free subscription, I got free dietitian consultation from cult-sport. Dietitian was Surya. She tried to understand my life style and eating habits and then she set the diet plan accordingly. She was very polite and helpful. Must buy for people who looking for fitness, very happy to have Urban Terrain and cult sport.

I’m reviewing this after 3 months & riding it over 300kms - The bike has very good handle grip, it gives good support to your palms which is good for 30 to 50 kms ride. The Gears are smooth, you can shift them with ease, both the gears and shifters works perfectly fine provided you know the basics of gear shifting in bicycles. The brakes and suspension work as expected and the quality of tyres is also very good. After a month of use, one of the pedal came out, I reported this to Cult, they sent the Technician in two and replaced the defective part which was impressive. The best part of buying the bike is, Cult Sports provided three months diet plan for free. The Dietitian Monisha provided me a break-up plan for my diet after knowing my routine, she even followed-up on weekly basis to make sure if I have any questions and also changed the diet plan after a month as per my requirements. I felt this was one the most impactful benefit they’re providing. 10 out of 10 to dietitian Monisha for her dedication towards her work. Conclusion - if you’re looking a bike under 15k range this is one of the best bikes to go for.

Not in my dreams did i know that buying a cycle is such a pain. Its a Average or below average product and has extremely bad installation support. i wont ever touch this brand again even with a 10 ft pole. i stay in Uttarakhand hills and my delivery address was a c/o address and i requested them to do installation at place slightly away (23 km exact); they agreed immediately over a call and then i shared my actual address and location. My torture started here. First they said technician will call you; which didnt happen, then they shared number of a dehradoon guy named abhishek ( i am near bhimtal); wish i could call him a gentleman, as he was not. Everyday hence he would tell me that technician is coming next day; and i had to keep on calling him to get a next date. Initially he was talking nicely but later it was not. He told him no one has this much patience; how come you have you should get it done by yourself. Later he said Urban terrain doesn't pay them enough to send someone at your place. Urban terrain support would call me with different reasons which probably these guys only told them. One day they said its snowing at your place; i told them lets do a video call and i will show you; i then made a video and showed them what a dry and sunny day it was. Next they said roads are broken and lastly they said its 190 km from their place. i sent them screenshots of delivery place (23 km) & other towns nearby which were 38 and 50km. Actually amazon delivers right till my place and i ordered it town nearby as it would be easier for me to surprise my child. Lastly on 4th jab, 9 days after all of this all of us gave up; they told me to get it done myself & they will pay amount decided.i am waiting for that. On 5th of jan, a guy comes up midway and we get assembly on side of road. This is same guy who works from them but i had to hire him directly. It was a shoddy job. Disk brake had slight bends & it still isnt perfect. some things are ok and some are not. Gears arent that smooth & chain is troubling. I am stuck with this but you have a choice; stay away. Big mistake.

Reviewing this after a month & few hundred kms ride : I did bit of research both online and offline before buying this and can say this is the best bicycle under15000 and among top 3 in 20K range. You can save atleast 1.5K by purchasing online. Pros : 1. Handle grip : Very few have mentioned about this but it provides good support to palm which ensures comfortable long rides. 2. Gears : It is worth mentioning that my bicycle is a replaced one, earlier I had received a bicycle with worn-out gears and broken derailleur so I was sceptical about ordering it again but Amazon assured me and delivered wonderful product. Both Gears and shifters works perfectly fine provided you know the basics of gear shifting in bicycles. 3. No issues so far with brakes and suspension. 4. Quality of tyres looks good. 5. Lightweight. 6. Complimentary Cult sports three months dietian plan is like a cherry on a cake. Dietian Pooja Tumma provided detailed diet as per my need which I just started to follow . Live workout session with Bhavna ma'am was also good. Cons : Narrow seat/ saddle : since I knew this from the offline store , I ordered gel based seat cover and have been using it from day one . But I think it would be uncomfortable to ride without seat cover . Other important things: * Frame size is actually 16.5" , so choose wisely according to your height. * free installation service is good but don't expect a bicycle mechanic or expert , they are just general service providers who also installs other equipments . They might know nothing about geared bicycles.

Great deal for 13k range...Loved the installation and other services from 'cult' fitness...If you are beginer at geared bicycle riding, be aware of the gear ratio since its a 7x3 geared cycle...other wise you may endup in breaking the crank or casset...You might need to purchase a cusioned seat cover if you are going to use it regularly...note that the product doesn't have bell in case you need to ride ourside you might need one...Also you might need to check the gear transmissions are working correctly if not you can adjust watching videos from youtube..I am saying this i because i needed to do so...I would give 5 star rating since they delivery and support was amazing...Go for it if you are looking for a cycle having smooth ride and weight less alloys...

Over all Product is excellent . ... Except for - seat fitment and lock system. Technician for installation - not fully professional to install. Moreover in my case - sit lock was broken by teachnician which was claimed that will be replaced and sent back but no body arrived yet.
