Massive capsules, need a bit of swallowing!

I did a lot of research and this was the best product I found. I live in Scotland and suspected I was vitamin D deficient. I also don’t like spending lots of money on omega 3 rich foods e.g. salmon. This is the only supplement I take because I believe in getting what I can from God’s common graces. The quantity and quality of EPA and DHA in this product is supreme. The high 2000IU level of vitamin D is an important factor. The NHS recommends too little which creates mass health and immune weaknesses. Cod liver oil has too much vitamin A (which I get through my regular diet anyway), less vitamin D, and less omega 3. It also causes fishy burps but not with these. I used to need 10 hours of sleep to feel rested but now I am alert with only 6-8. Within only a month of taking 2 of these capsules a day, one with my orange juice in the morning and one after my dinner, much has changed. My nails are finally healthy. I finally stopped biting my nails but these made them grow back much harder and very quickly. I have normal nails now and am not embarrassed. Most unexpectedly, my mood, alertness, concentration, self-control has increased. I’ve taken the cheap vitamin d tablets before and nothing. I’ve taken the cod liver oil before and nothin.I’m not sure if this is the liquid Vitamin D or the Omega 3, or the girl I just fell in love with, or my new exercise routine. So this review isn’t entirely scientific, but you should investigate it for yourself! I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for this product.

Arrived on time. Easy to swallow capsules. No after taste or fish breath issues. So far so good. Would recommend

This is my third time buying Nu U Omega 3 Fish Oil 2200mg & Vitamin D3 2000IU supplement and have been using it for half a year now. I really do think it has a noticeable change in how your brain works. The high concentration of EPA and DHA in each capsule is strong compared to others that are underdosed, and the added vitamin D3 is a great bonus. I feel like my energy levels have increased since taking the supplement, and my mood has improved. The capsules are easy to swallow but can be burped up if you're not paying attention! I appreciate that the supplement is free from any artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. The latest bottle showed up and is smaller than the previous one with a smooth lid instead of a indented one but the product remains the same. I highly recommend the Nu U Omega 3 Fish Oil supplement to anyone looking for an effective and high-quality source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D3. I plan on continuing to use it in the future.

Excellent EPA / DHA ratio, combined with cutting Ultra processed foods down to less than 10%, my cholesterol and blood pressure are back within Normal levels and my mind feels sharper
