Cavendish & Harvey, Fruit Candy, 200g Can

Cavendish and Harvey candy are a staple in our family. Stocking stuffers every Christmas! The tin is great for car travel and my husband often has a road trip candy when we are stalled in traffic to ease his frustration. Favorite story…. When my son was stationed overseas, I mailed multiple tins to him to share with his troops because they wouldn’t melt like chocolate, and the tin held up during a long mail route. On Easter Sunday, he passed one candy to every soldier for a taste of home. He looked around, and everyone was smiling as they recalled their private Easter memories. 🥰 Thank you, Cavendish and Harvey, for flavorful quality sweets.

The candy is very good. I am a diabetic so I like the tin it is packaged in because I can pack it in my bag in case I have an unexpected glucose low.

I don’t really like hard candies but this was really good! Just have to struggle a bit to separate them.

Update Just open my tin purchased in about a month ago. This tin does not look like the photo and upon opening it, I noticed a small tear in the aluminum foil seal. The inside lid and outer aluminum foil was covered in a dry sticky powder. My other tins which were sealed and the powdered sugar was soft and light. In this tin the powdered sugar was more dispersed and not settled at the bottom like the others. I just wish the tin outside had a vacuum seal on these so that I felt confident in the product. This one just has a different appearance. I ordered another tin prior to opening this one so maybe it's nothing. I love these candies. I love most of the flavors and flavor combos.

Perfect for someone like me that went through Neck & Thyroid Cancer. They soothe my throat.

Ce sont des pastilles aux arômes naturels. C'est plutôt rare. Un sucre d'orge bien réussi. L'arôme et l'acidité, parfaitement équilibrés, pénètrent au fond du bonbon. Je connais le sucre cuit au chaudron, l'arôme, l'acide et le colorant sont ajoutés après la cuisson du sucre. C'est une question de seconds et d'une cuisson parfaite. La forme de la pastille est aussi très agréable. Fabriqué en Allemagne. Prix à négocier. Le meilleur sucre d'orge que j'ai jamais goûté.
