Great product… i have an old one that I estimate to be at least 10 years old but has lost a bit of its spunk. I will keep it on hand but wanted a new one now. Love Norwegian products!

Make dusting easier
I have one but but my house gets very dusty and I have many tchotchkes so I got three more . The down side is price and the fact they are not made in the US . Why are they Not made in the US ??!!

This is a GREAT product however, I BELIEVE but I'M NOT SURE that I was sent a used product. It LOOKED used but I don't know for sure. I returned the item and received a refund - no questions asked. Then about a week later TRISTIN contacted me apologizing and asked if he could send a replacement...........no charge to me. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. As for the product, I have purchased in the past from a Norwex representative, and I LOVE the mitt.....I feel like it collects the dust and not spreads it around. I use a rubber brush that I bought on Amazon to clean it......find it in the pet department.....and the brush attaches around the mitt so it's never lost.
