Hi is the white and colour?

White only. The picture on Amazon shows different bulbs to those in the title.

I bought three and 2 of them are unresponsive. they won't pair with the huehub, can't reset with a dimmer switch. im using ios. i have a homepod & atv

Surprised by this as all my Hue bulbs (and I have lots of them lol) paired very easily using the iOS app, although I always pair using the serial number on the bulb rather than searching which seems less reliable. Hopefully you can get it sorted as they are really good!

Can you change the tone from Warm to cool tone ? Changing to frosty morning just dims the light but the temperature stays the same

No - this one is just the warm (white) light not the colour changing one so you can only dim and brighten this one!
