How many people can use the app at the same time is there a restriction on the number of people who can be logged in at the same time?.

Multiple people can use the app but only one person can view the live feed. When the door bell is activated a notification will appear on everyone app, the first person to open the app and view the live feed will have no problems, if someone else tried to open and view the live feed after you have it opened then they will get an error that the system is busy.

will this work with my blink camera sync moduler or do i have to buy another

The Video Doorbell is compatible with both the first generation Sync Module and the Sync Module 2 and can absolutely be connected to any existing Blink system that you may have. It is important to note that each Sync Module can support up to 10 devices.

Does the instant notification on phone and Echo Show include a picture?

Hi there,
I have an iPhone and when someone rings the doorbell I get a notification on my phone on a small bar across the top of the phone, that when you press it takes you into the blink app where you can see who’s at your door. My watch is connected to the phone and blink sends me a message there… in fact the whole house erupts with the Alexa’s in various rooms announcing that there is someone at the door…. There is approximately  a 3 to 5 seconds delay from the bell ringing and the phone/Alexa’s  kicking in with the message. So if you have a delivery driver who’s attention span is less than 5 seconds then you may just get a photo of them! 
As for the echo show….after the bell ring notification you say “Alexa show me the front door (or whatever you name it) and it opens blink and connects to the camera. 
You DO NEED a 18-24v power supply (Uk bell are 6v and it won’t work)going to the Video camera to be able to arm the VDB. So it can continually listen to the network, without an 18-24v power supply or a sync module it will drain your batteries…. I just have the power supply… it’s just so I can work in the office (garage down the garden) not for recording huge amounts of people cars etc the sync module will allow you to store these if you want to.

In a "wired" installation, the Blink Video Doorbell is connected to chime-wiring that you already have. When the Blink doorbell button is pressed, the wiring circuit is closed, and the chime rings. The Blink Video Doorbell is always powered by batteries and not the wiring. The Blink Video Doorbell is only compatible with Doorbell Transformers rated at 16-24 volts AC at 50 or 60Hz, 40VA max. You will also want to ensure that the voltage coming from the transformer matches the voltage of the chime.
