Faulty Plug. Dont buy
Terrible product. Dont buy. It has an american style plug but not the normal one. Both pins are different than each other. Doesnt fit in any plug nor universal adaptor. Amazon refuses to take product back

Great wipe warmer, doesn’t dry out the wipes and has varying temps you can pick to keep them warm. Only issue was the plug isn’t a UK plug so need a converter to use it!

There's no information in the description that there's no UK plug. I wish I knew that so I can order a converter at the same time. My order was late and now I have to wait even more until converter order arrives
