Can you use this as a travel pillow on a long haul flight?

To be honest I wouldn't coz it would be too uncomfortable for a long haul flight plus its only to be used a couple of times a day, it stretches your neck!!!

Anyone else have red marks left on neck after wearing this

You must have it too tight. I don't feel any benefit from it.
