I purchased this mix of tools with the hope to make my life easier, and boy was I not disappointed. We have been renovating an 86 y/o home and my chore was to take down the cardboard ceiling tiles. Under them was a layer of paper and a layer of cheesecloth along with what seemed 1,000 staples in unfinished shiplap. The staple puller worked like a dream compared to a clunky pair of pliers, and the angled tool worked to get off the old cardboard chunks. I am really happy to have purchased these and am looking forward to using them on an antique settee and pair of chairs we are reupholstering. Great buy in my opinion!

I had to pull a 20x15 wall to wall carpet - 20 years old, heavy, etc. I tried doing it with the tools I had on hand but ordered this kit because I needed better tools. I used all of the pieces to get the carpet, staples, tack strip and nails out. Worth it.

These were so handy when I had to pull the staples out of a little fence I had it worked perfectly it's true what they say the right tool makes the job so much easier

Pullling carpet staples can be a terrible labor intensive task than NO ONE enjoys. These tools made the job much easier...even though it was still awful. Worked well to get all those pesky staples out of the floor boards!

Great tools. Arrived in a timely matter. Had to RI RIP out 1 million U-Stapes in my bathroom flooring so that I could get the old tile & cheap board, the previous owners used to cover up existing damage to the original flooring. These tools worked so great, saved me the agony of removing these staples the hard way. It was fast & easy. I quickly removed the staples, all the old wasted flooring. Made of excellent materials. Worth every penny

It worked to pull staples out of furniture backing board. NO INSTRUCTIONS. HATE THAT. They did the job but not without hassle. The tip of the tool was thick. Perhaps if a higher quality metal was used, the tips could be made thinner. This would make it easier to slide under the staple. The tools look like a painted silver color but they did not chip.

I used this to remove 1960s carpet by myself. With zero experience, these tools worked great and never broke.

I bought these to take out nails and staples from the floor after removing carpeting. Two of the tools broke. Not very impressed.
