This is a good high quality band. Very versatile. It canbe used for stretching, assisted pull ups, or as additional resistance when lifting free weights. Well constructed. I expect it to last a long time.

I did not know what to expect - my first try at this kind of thing - it was narrow and thick. It will fit under your feet up to your elbow so you can exercise all sorts of muscles in both your arms and legs.
