Just what I needed
I'm stabilizing my basement walls and after filling the first cell one scoop at a time I thought there had to be a better way. Thank goodness I found this funnel, it does exactly what it's designed to do extremely well. It has made my task soooo much easier and is worth every penny. September 22 Update: We finished our core filling project which necessitated this funnel, but not before discovering it has an Achilles heal. The front lip that hooks the funnel onto the inside of the block is actually quite fragile. This probably isn't a big deal if you are using it on "new work" in which the inside of the blocks are cleaned out during construction, but I'm using the funnel on a 50 year old wall in which the mortar was not cleaned from the inside of the cells. If you try to install the funnel into a cell without a pristine inside wall, the lip WILL break if it hits a chunk of hard mortar. My solution was to install small metal angle brackets to the underside of the front lip by drilling through to the funnel surface and installing bolts. The brackets held up perfectly no matter how much abuse the funnel took and got us through the remainder of the core filling project.

Available again, a tool that fits the job
This was no longer available, so I was looking into repairing the one I had. Some blocks are a little thicker where the wall meets the cell. The temptation is to push the funnel down, because it will flex and grip. After doing that enough times, the grasp broke off and I had to support the funnel with one hand. Going forward I will chip the offending area to allow the funnel to fit. Most blocks are fine, except for the few that add up over time. The funnel is exactly the tool needed. I use horizontal and vertical rebar but still fill every cell with concrete. Happy to find a new one, I think I'll mend the old one with a steel U bar maybe. Great tool!

Can’t beat it.
Works great. Seems very durable unlike other comments said. Easy to clean. Can’t find anything else like this. Better then and homemade funnel I’ve used in the past.

It's helpful but not perfect.
We had a lot of mason blocks to fill with concrete and it helped but it will only hook over the narrow part of a block wall. We used two people; one scooping the concrete in and other making sure the funnel dumped. It did help and speeded things up.

Sturdy. Did the job.
It seems expensive, but it made it quick and easy to pour cement into the cells without spills.
