Marc Anthony Coconut Shea, Hair Shampoo & Conditioner Set for Dry Hair

I thought the tubes were cute. Definitely bigger than what I expected. The shampoo is a pearlescent color but very creamy and so easy to apply. It’s not an overwhelming fragrance which makes me happy but I did get hints of an alcohol smell every now and then; could have been lemon. Overall the smell is almost like coconut, oranges and for some reason I thought buttercream frosting. My hands were so soft and rubbing it on I was actually surprised. My head hasn’t been itchy or oily (especially in 97 degree heat) the conditioner is amazing. I love it. My hair doesn’t feel dry or anything. There is no out of control frizz. It’s really nice to have it.

I've really been enjoying the Marc Anthony Argan Oil Hydrating Shampoo & Conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling clean, soft, and moisturized without making it feel heavy or greasy. I especially like how much smoother and shinier my hair looks after using both together. The scent is pleasant, and a little goes a long way. This is a great affordable option if your hair tends to feel dry or dull and needs some extra hydration. Definitely happy with this 2-pack!

I picked up the Marc Anthony Grow Long Shampoo & Conditioner set mainly because of the hype around the biotin and “anti-breakage” claims—and honestly, it mostly lives up to it. First off, the scent is really nice. It’s clean and slightly sweet without being overpowering, and it actually lingers a bit after your hair dries. The shampoo lathers well, so you don’t need to use a ton, and the conditioner has a smooth, almost salon-quality feel when applying. After a couple weeks of use, I noticed my hair felt stronger and less brittle, especially at the ends. It doesn’t magically make your hair grow overnight, but it definitely helps with reducing breakage, which is key if you’re trying to grow it longer. My hair also looked a bit shinier and felt softer overall. That said, if you have very dry or heavily damaged hair, the conditioner might not be quite moisturizing enough on its own—you may still want to pair it with a deep conditioner occasionally. For the price, though, this is a great value set. It performs better than a lot of drugstore brands and gives you noticeable results without spending salon-level money. The shampoo has great sudsing and leaves my scalp feeling perfectly clean, while the conditioner is excellent at deeply hydrating. After 4 shampoos so far, my hair feels incredibly soft, alive, and completely free of tangles. Plus, the entire line smells amazing. I highly recommend this set!

I’ve really enjoyed using the Marc Anthony Grow Long shampoo and conditioner. They smell great and leave my hair feeling clean, soft, and much easier to manage without weighing it down. I haven’t used them long enough to judge the hair-growth claims yet, but I’ve noticed less tangling and my hair feels stronger and smoother. The bottles are a good size, and a little product goes a long way. So far, I’m very happy with this set!

I have very long hair, I always have, and always will, (hopefully,) but as I've gotten older, my hair started to show how truly damaged it is. I have medium course/thick, mildly wavy caucasian hair (2A maybe? I'm no expert, clearly). Major breakage past the base of my daily ponytail was getting crazy, I had lost maybe half the thickness of my ponytail from it. Every strand was frizzy, it was so dry if you scrunched it, it sounded like dried out hay, which wasn't great. I've always used Pantene, as it's cheap, accessible, and seemed to work ok. I don't do a lot of preening, so no makeup, serums, hair stuff beyond wash/conditions/towel dry. The most I do is moisturize my skin and dye my bangs purple. I've not really given hair products a lot of thought beyond that, and my hair was showing my ignorance in spades. So, I started by doing what any rational person would do and bought every intensive conditioning treatment or repair options I could get my grubby paws on, and that I could afford of course (I'm looking at you Opalex!) I cleared Sally's Beauty Supply out and tried one of everything they have (I wish that were an exaggeration, but it's not). I got all the little packets of conditioners, treatments, you name it. I was deep conditioning 2-3 times a week to try and salvage it. I found a few that worked ok, but not game changing, so then began going through my Amazon options next. I've gone through some that have truly been awful. Some stink (like as in the actual scent makes you want to vomit), some don't do anything, some make it so much worse! I did finally stumble on Creme of Nature, and it's been as close to a miracle for my hair as you can get to this point. I have been using it for months now to great results, with some intensive masque peppered in each week too. Not like hair model worthy, but a far cry from the dried spagetti crunch it had, so that's a miracle in my book. Then I came across this "Marc Anthony - Grow Long" brand, and the reviews on Amazon were so amazing, that I had to try it of course. How could I not, with a hundred thousand plus stellar reviews?! And I loved it...at first. Right out of the bottle your hair feels smooth and soft and shiny, it smells great and you don't need a lot of it either. The leave in spray is light, you can't even tell it's there, it's not sticky or residue leaving like others, even if you go heavy with it. I got the shampoo, conditioner, leave in spray, and a deep repair masque. However, things started taking a turn for the worse pretty quickly. After a few days of shampooing, conditioning and leave in spraying my hair, it started to get harder to brush out, (even if I did a preshampoo brushing with my new fancy detangling brush), it was getting poofier (not fluffy, but POOFIER) and so much more dry each day. The damage was making it completely unwieldy and looked awful. I ended up cutting off a lot of my length to try and stem the tide, but then I had a thought maybe it's this pink stuff I got. That was the only change I made at that time, so could it be that? I began looking at the negative reviews on here more closely, and what I'm encountering seems to match a lot of them. To test it, I went back to Creme of Nature this week, and after only three days, my hair is silky, smooth, and shiny again. I'm sitting here stroking it like a psycho because it's so smooth and soft. My brush has returned to gliding through my hair, instead of having to fight just to get through the tangles. This "Marc Anthony - Grow Long" product may work for some, but it's a hard no-go for my hair apparently. Not sure why, but I would recommend a small/short term test on your hair first, before you commit to trying a lot of this brand's products. It seems like if it doesn't work, it REALLY doesn't work for you and could do more damage, there's not a lot of middle ground, so hair lovers, be cautious. I really wanted to love this one, but my hair says NO. I will return to my Creme of Nature and continue my path to non-terrible hair.

Best shampoo I ever own.This is like my third order.Honest-to-God, I'm 49 and I have less breakage.It seems to do something magical to my hair. The conditioner is smooth makes my hair feel soft and healthy. The smell is good too.Nice and fresh.I even use it on my dog and get compliments about how shiny his fur is
