CATLINK Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box, Automatic Cat Litter Box, Double Odor Removal, Cat Litter Box for Cats from 3.5 pounds to 22 pounds (Young Version)

I purchased this to save a chore of scooping several times a day after my cat. Shortly after I was in a car accident making things a little more difficult and this was a great lifesaver on the chore of litter box duty. However, this was delivered in December of 2023 by March 2024 so only a couple months later the back leaks in several places. This unit came already assembled, so this was not a user put together error. I follow all the instructions on placement away from walls, cleaning, etc. (It was moved by the wall to clean and for these pictures.) I do not see how in under 6 months a $300-400 litterbox should already be leaking or leak at all. I heavily was going between this and the Litter Robot but trusted all the good reviews and decided to save some. I regret that decision. I emailed the customer service sticker on the side of my box with the pictures and issue, who sent me a "how to properly clean my litterbox" email and that they will send this to product development for future boxes sorry your box is like that. That's your response? That I should clean it after every use, but not that you made a poor product that I spent close to $400 on. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this company or litterbox to someone else I would stick with Litter Robot for their product and actual helpful customer service. So now either I constantly clean my litterbox that I bought to make the chore easier, or I'm out $400 and have to go with another company. Also it's a smaller cat, nothing crazy or like 10 cats using it or something so I'm perplexed. Pros: -Works efficiently on cycles you select -Not too loud when cycling -Easy to use clean out drawer -Came with bags Cons: -Ramp is separate if you want it with it -Quality of product/Quality inspected -Size, it is a little on the bulky base side compared to some others -Customer service is poor

I love the Catlink litter box, so buying these bags was a natural add-on. They do the job and keep the box working as expected. I have no complaints about the quality, fit, or otherwise. It's a refill bag that does the job.

This is a game changer! All three of my cats took to it almost immediately and they haven't used the regular box since we got it. So easy to use and clean!

Great litter robot. Nice and quiet. Love the pull out draw the way they are able to hook the disposable litter bags. All five Cats use it. Sturdy, great weight, non stickiness. Great litter box quality, totally convenient. No more scooping. Love it.

so far so good a pretty awesome knock off of litter robot.. quiet, looks almost exactly like the litter robot but cheaper.. my bf says that it does look a lil small inside for my cats.. im hoping he is wrong but only issue is that my cats haven't used it yet.. it's only day 1 but I'll keep u updated .

I purchased this littler box almost a year ago, and it was perfect! Easy to set up, quiet, my cats liked it. Until this morning, there were no issues. Then, this morning I woke up to an error light on the litter box. I just emptied it last night so I wasn’t sure what it is about. I turned this thing on and off, unplugged it, moved it, took the whole thing apart to clean it, dumped the litter, tried to recalibrate it, and nothing! It will not rotate more than a few notches and then it stops. No matter how much I try to get it to rotate fully, it won’t. The error light won’t go away, it is unusable. Something internally must have stopped working, and I tried to call customer service, but there isn’t any! It says no one is available, and then hangs up on you. I have reached out over email since it’s under warranty, and I’m still waiting on a response, but having a phone number to call with no one to answer is rather irritating. For how expensive this litter box was, I’m irritated the customer care line is non-existent.
