As good as original
Replacement lid fits fine.

Correct for Stopper RS41 - No Leak
A little loose but only a little more than the original. NO LEAK. Stanley does not sell or even have this stopper. They want you to buy a new bottle. “Made in China”. 60 dollars US for an 8 dollar part. Wasteful!

Fits the thermos as advertised
This replacement cap fit my thermos perfectly and stopped the leak. It even matches the color of the thermos

Doesn’t fit; gasket too big
The only way I could get this stopper to fit my Stanley was by removing the silicone gasket… but if you remove the gasket, it leaks (as one would expect it to do). If they made the gasket just a little bit smaller, this stopper would fit and function perfectly. It’s not surprising that an aftermarket manufacturer would make a part that doesn’t fit perfectly, but what’s surprising and disappointing is that Stanley no longer makes these stoppers, and they actually tell people to buy aftermarket ones. They claim to care about sustainability, but their decision to not offer factory original replacement parts means that I will have to throw my Stanley product in the trash. How is that sustainable?

The cap fits my very old thermos just fine.

Didn’t fit
This didn’t fit, I was going to return it but forgot and now it’s past the 30 days. Oh well, it wasn’t expensive. It feels like good quality, but doesn’t fit. I don’t know if it’s my bottle or the cap, so I’m giving it 3 stars.
