I received the item in the time advertised(prime next day delivery)and was very happy with the look and style of the product. It was made by a top brand and this was made obvious in the style and quality. It was well worth the discounted price I paid(less than half price)especially as it was 2600 steam.I would be more than happy to pay the full price for this product as it is the best iron I have purchased.

Very pleased with this iron. It is much easier and therefore quicker to refill the water tank. Some very thoughtful designer has made a good job of improving the pouring process. The handle could be improved a little. I would appreciate more grip than this shiny plastic gives. Please don't let that put you off. It is a very nice iron.

I bought this iron 8 months ago and it now leaves brown marks, rust marks, on the clothes I would like to know what you think the problem is please. I drain it after every use and it is well looked after, I do not like having to re-wash the washing Looking forward to your comments Regards Sheila Robinson

Good value for money. I've been through probably 5 irons in as many years, usually due to electrical faults, so now I tend to buy whatever is on the best offer, which was this one. It's slightly heavier and clunkier than more expensive models, but it still gets the job done and it's not uncomfortably heavy. Worth buying as nothing seems to last long nowadays anyway.

I've been using my iron for 6 months now and is great. It reaches high temperatures and low ones for sensitive clothes, I'm very satisfied with this bargain. Highly recommended :)
