Formula 303 was recommended by my chiropractor and it is truly amazing! I have been taking it for over a year for neck pain (from a horse injury 20 years ago). It eases the pain and helps me achieve restful sleep. I also take it for occasional nervousness. I do find that it works best if I take a dose or two throughout the day, and then a dose at bedtime. It smells exactly like the valerian plants in my garden (very stinky), but it reassures me that it actually includes true valerian root. Therefore, I don’t mind the smell at all—because it’s so effective.

Good for anxiety, stress or pain. Could not stop worrying to sleep till I took two of these. Wow it actually worked!

Amazing!!! This was recommended me years ago by a PT and chiropractor for a natural muscle relaxant that I could tolerate better than Flexeril. I have a highly sensitive system, it is 100% natural,homeopathic and works absolutely perfectly when you first take it. Be aware it might make you a little tired or sleepy because it does have valeriana( Valerian root) and Passaflora( passion flower) both of which can make you very relaxed or possibly sleepy. It almost immediately helps me with muscle spasms when when they are causing me pain and inmobility. It does have a strong smell, which they tell you about on the bottle. There are instructions to take it slightly differently according to what you need it for. This is coming from a person that cannot tolerate a regular low-dose of 10 mg of Flexeril.😬. I was in a lot of pain recently with muscle spasms and cramping in various parts of my spine and neck andI couldn’t remember the name of it and little by little searching for a natural remedy; It popped up and I remembered the name began with a number and lo and behold it was available on Amazon. Decent price; I don’t remember exactly what I paid in the Dr.’s office, but it was close to the same amount and that was well over five years ago! Highly recommended for a natural occasional remedy for muscle spasms/cramps, tension, and stress. It also says they can be used for ages 12 to adult.Read instructions well; don’t take more than 12 tabs in a 24 hour. Period.

LOVe Love, Love this product. For me, I take 3 in the PM and I can feel little by little my body relaxes. I also take 3 before bedtime. It’s a suppliment that I trust, no addictive qualities. It’s been incredibly helpful for my system.

Been taking this for about 3 years. And it’s amazing how much it has helped me deal with my pain. They smell awful, but for I don’t pay attention to the smell. If you suffer from leg pains, spasms and nervousness. Try this is and you will feel the difference. I stopped taking it because I was in a horrible car accident. Now I’m taking again and I can feel the difference.

They reek and taste horrible. But they work well so it’s a toss up. Love the natural ingredients
