Happy Nikon Owner
Camera was safely delivered and in very good condition. Still have a few exposures left in the camera, and can't wait to have it developed.

If you want good pictures buy one while you can.
I was lucky enough to get one of these with the 45mm P lens and what great quality has come out of it. I've had it for a year or so now and even with cheap print film it is good, put some good film in it and it shines. You can buy scanners for developed films now so i'm scanning the film to get multi thousand pound digital camera quality on the jpeg's. I recently picked up a Nikon TTL Speed light for it and now matched to the TTL exposure system i can produce several flash shots while other cameras are just thinking about letting you work with them. You need to buy one now as you wont get a new one for very long.

NIKON FM3A
A revelation when it was announced in 2001 at a time when nobody expected a new manual camera on the market (not strictly true as it has aperture-priority mode but the battery only operates the exposure meter) .A logical,if pleasantly unexpected addition to the popular FM series of NIKON cameras dating back to the mid seventies.Combines the best features of the FM2N and the FE2 but also has TTL flash control and a film window on the back.Designed along traditional lines it's a treat to handle,The silver version looks great with the specially-introduced 45mmf2.8P lens. Not a cheap package when you buy both together but built to last and will never go out of fashion.Film speed is set automatically-an unusual but useful feature on a manal camera.Match needle meter display can take some getting used to and can be hard to make out in very bright conditions but this is my only criticism.Takes virtually all NIKKOR lenses and works with the MD-12 motordrive although I don't see the point of attaching this to a more traditional camera such as this.
