It's deceiving
At first like the other reviews say, it does bend initially. I thought it was cheap and ineffective. I decided to chance it and hit it with the impact anyways and it works really good after you get over the initial bending... Is it breaking into shape? Idk I only used it once. But it was way easier than the last puller I tried to use so I am satisfied.

DO NOT BUY!!
This does not work for a Hemi engine like stated. Also the tool quality is very poor and it easily bends while trying to remove a pulley. Definitely do not buy this !!!! Waste of money!!! It does not work!

It did the job no issues at all worked great, but it felt like if it could break, but didn't and still have it for next time.

Do not buy, inferior quality!
My professional, certified mechanic and I attempted to use this tool, for which it was specifically designed. Anyone who has ever removed a harmonic balancer knows it can be a daunting task, and, in this case, it requires a specialty tool, as do other applications. The engine was on an engine stand, directly in front of us. We installed the puller, put a ratchet on it to start, no impact gun, and with the first pulls on the ratchet, the tool bent and became essentially useless! We had to try to clamp it on with C clamps (not at all easy), and shouldn't be required, to loosen the nut. It cost time, money and production. Do not use this, rent one from a reputable auto store or pay $86 for a quality OTC tool that I'll probably never use again. I am not cheap, however, it is being sold as a good tool....it is not.

Worked good until it didn’t.
Worked good on one, next one it bent out. In its defense it was really really tight, but that’s why you buy these tools right?

Perfect for factory style ls harmonic balancers
Product quality is good, no defects or problems with construction of puller. This is the easiest way to pull a LS harmonic balancer. I have used it on 2 engines so far, wish I had this a couple of years ago on my last project. Highly recommended this!!!!
