Very high quality large exercise ball
I am 76 years old and am not attempting pilates. But I do find it very useful for a variety of squats and other light exercises. It was beneficial in controlling my my visiting very fidgety 9 year old grandson. I kept mine and sent one to him.

Came without a plug
What earthly use is a stability ball without a plug? This thing arrived with next to no wrapping, no instructions, and no plug. It’s a big thick piece of flexible plastic. I stupidly started inflating it before I realized this, and wasted my time and my considerable effort with a bicycle pump. Not happy.

Trustworthy!
Really like this exercise ball and I feel safe on it and that it won’t burst on me! I am 5’8 and it’s a great size for me. It’s a bit of work to pump up in the first instance but after that keeps great shape.

Limited use for Pilates
I am a Certified Balanced Body Pilates teacher and bought these for home use. Unfortunately, I can't get this ball inflated enough to do many of the exercise in the pictures. It's light enough to be used during some class Pilates exercises for an additional challenge but that's not what I needed. There are pro balls that are thicker and offer more stability for the exercises depicted.

No plug or pump
Came without a plug! And no pump! As advertised that it would. Kinda need a plug to use the ball especially after paying this amount! And Merrithew would s supposed to be a good brand… pretty disappointing!

No way to inflate it
The ball looks great. But twice the ball has been delivered, with NO plug to hold in the air, no advertised pump or instructions. The first was picked up by the 2nd delivery driver. The second one I have to mail myself.
