As others have noted, the charging cable that comes with the Charge 5 is a bit on the short side but does work well. However, if you want to check the charge level at any time during the process, you have to be careful as the included charger can be dislodged rather easily. I saw this charging stand, read some of the reviews and thought it sounded both logical and reasonably priced. I am so happy I bought it. First, it is very stable meaning it won't tip over or slide around easily. Next, it does provide a more secure connection to my Charge 5 and charges as fast or faster than the included cord. Also, the longer cord on this stand allows greater flexibility in placement of the charger. I've had this stand for a little more than a month and have used it 3 times. I allow my Charge 5 to drop to less than 20% battery life before putting it on this stand. Every time it has taken 1 hour and 35-40 minutes to charge back to 100%. However, I've noted that the Charge 5 will be back to 99% in just 60-65 minutes. Moreover, I found that if I change my Charge 5's display setting to "Always On" before putting on this stand, I can just double-tap the screen to see the current charge level without disturbing the connection or moving the stand. Great work and kudos to the manufacturer.

Charges quickly and works as expected. My watch stays in place with the magnetic strength. Cord is long enough to be plugged in behind the bed. And most importantly has survived my 4 year old grabbing it and throwing it! She broke my original cord that came with my watch.

Love the ease of use and fast charging capability. I noticed a lot of the charge. 6. Capable products aren't, this one is it lines up perfectly with the charging ports and it's around 20 minutes for full charge.

I received this FitBit charger for the Charge 6 but it was used and I paid for a new item. I wiped it all down with alcohol wipes plugged it in and it seems to be working ok. It is charging my Fitbit. I am going to to keep it as the price was very reasonable. It has a nice 4 foot usb cord which is a plus. I love the design as it is much easier to put my Fitbit on than the one that came with it. I gave it 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it was used.

Bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves it. Works great with his Fitbit. He's dropped it several times and it's very durable.

Great charging stand. This one is replacing the one my sister gave me as a gift but was lost along with everything else I owned in a forest fire. Happy to have this again!

I originally wrote that the charger wouldn't really work/stay connected. But I figured out that this was my issue and not the charger. I also ordered a guard/cover that fits over the top of the fitbit screen to protect it. The accessory caused the issue. Once I figured out that I need to remove the screen protector before charging, it works great. Charges very fast and is very convenient. I leave this charger at my desk at work and while I'm sitting (and not moving around/walking) I can let it charge. Corrected my rating and changed the 1 stair to 5 stars. *Original Review* -- this turned out to be user error/accessory attachment issue and not the charger. Great concept and liked the design. But my fitbit doesn't stay connected. The magnet "pulls" the fitbit onto the charger but as soon as my hand moves away the connection is lost. It will only charge if I keep my hand on top, pushing it down into the connectors to charge. To get it charged for 64% to around 78% I sat at my desk with my thumb resting on top of the fit bit for about 20 minutes or so while I read. That was after placing it on the charger and letting it "go" for about 3 hours with minimal change to the battery charge %. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't charging and kept playing with it and figured out I have to pretty much hold it in place to charge. Not worth it.

First impression was yeah okay cheap Amazon thingy, but you know what. It is pretty awesome. It mounts up and charges much easier than the factory charger. The frame is solid and fairly fool proof to charge the Fitbit. Doesn’t even look bad. Over all. I think this much better than the one that came with the Fitbit.
