Works great for colds! The nighttime version makes you sleepy without feeling uncomfortable! If you have a heart problem contact your doctor!

Good mix
Good day/night cold medication. The day pills contain an expectorant to help you lose the gunk in your lungs, and the night pills contain an antihistamine and cough suppressor to help you sleep. Seems well blended, although I personally prefer ibuprofen over acetaminophen for pain relief. It's nice not having to juggle a variety of different products. The pills are easy to swallow and have no nasty aftertaste if you swallow them quickly and with liquid. For some mysterious reason, you get 12 daytime and 8 nighttime pills. Overall, the product seems to work well.

There are lots of cold and flu products on the market. Plenty to choose from, but this Mucinex Rapid Clear Day & Night is always a seasonal go-to mostly because it works. I like that there are two options for the severity and whether you are taking them during the day or at night. This Mucinex combo pack provides plenty of relief to get you through the rough times.
