What size are these flanges?

These are a size Large, (30.5 mm).

Can you use this flanges with any breastpump?

Thank you for your question. We have tested our ComfortFit Flanges only with Lansinoh pumps, so we cannot guarantee compatibility or optimal performance with competitor's pumps. We hope this provides some clarity.

Do these flanges fit the standard flange body, or do you have to buy a new set?

Mine do not fit into the pump. I got the 36mm flange and they are slightly smaller on the connecting end so they just fall right out. Wasted time and money...

What size breast do these fit ?

I have double d and they fit but its more the nipple that needs to fit not the breast.
