Marshmallows and hot dogs tremble at the sight of this great campfire fork!
Another great camping item that I would not want to go without! We bought enough of these forks for the family (5 of us) and one more! They work exactly as described! The forks are compact and lightweight, but do not bend too easily. They telescope well and hold their position while in use. The length of the telescope is good for both adults and children, and the fact that the length is adjustable makes the product even better! The spinning mechanism works well, with no glitches as of yet. They clean up well, and store easily, two at a time, in PVC pipe that I cut to size. This way, there are no sharp tines to snag items or scratch arms/hands.

Hotdogs and Marshmallows! (just not, like, at the same time)
We use these to roast marshmallows and hotdogs in the fire pit in our back yard. When I was a kid, I probably would have made fun of anyone who used one of these instead of finding/carving a roasting stick like a real man. But things are different, little-me. I have a job and a house and a wife and I don't go camping all that much any more. When you're an adult, sometimes you have to spend a few bucks for a telescoping fork. At least you still get to play with fire. While we're here, avoid dating a girl with the initials EB. Good talk. They clean easily, store well, and the extension-tension works well enough so you can adjust the length of the fork without having it slip shorter or longer. I'll probably buy some more this summer when we have more friends over for fires.

LOVE THEM!!
Love these forks. I already had one bought from somewhere else. Since buying that one, I haven't been able to find them in stores, hence me buying online, These forks are far superior to the ones that 'extend', as these get much smaller than others, making them much more safely portable. They're not super strong, a hot dog is about the heaviest thing they can handle, but that said, they make fantastic hot dogs and marshmallows. Also, they're easy to clean. If I could afford it, I'd buy more, they're terrific!

lightweight and collapses nicely
I have one of these and have owned it for over a decade. I decided to buy a second one to have as a spare. The wooden handle is nice and sturdy and the fact you can spin the shaft around makes it easy to heat up things easily. Weather you are heating up marshmallows for smores or cooking a big fat bratwurst over the campfire this can take it. I have used it to cook 4 hotdogs at the same time and even at full extension it only bent slightly. I will say the tines do not have any sort of cover over them so what I did was take a chunk of open cell foam and jabbed them into it "after they cooled down of course" that way it didn't poke through anything it shouldn't. It is easy to clean and like I said I have been using one for at least 13 years now and this new one looks to be the same quality as the first one. Happy camping!

Smelled strongly of mold
Good sticks, but smelled strongly of mold, even after washing them

Love the compact size!
Just used this telescoping fork for the first time over the weekend and I am SOOOOO glad I went ahead and purchased it! It extends quite far which is great on a warm night so you don't have to get too close to the fire to roast your food. I roasted both hot dogs and marshmallows (different times, of course!) and it worked out great! I was even able to get 2 hot dogs on there at once and I wasn't afraid they were going to slide off. There is a red plastic knob at the base of where the metal and wood meet so you can twist the metal portion to rotate your food - without having to rotate your wrist. It also collapses to a VERY compact size (about 12 inches). The wooden handle keeps you from burning your hands if you like to slow roast. I will be buying at least one more but probably 3 more so each member of the family can have their own.

Should a serious camper buy these?
One thing I love to do while camping is grill meat over an open fire. ESPECIALLY sausage and hot dogs. Or pineapple. Or starbursts, or biscuit dough... mushrooms, bell peppers, onions... We're an adventurous bunch. I have some heavy duty grill sticks in my arsenal, but I had no access to any of my regular collection for my last camping trip which led me to trying out these very flimsy looking, light weight cooking sticks. THEY DID GREAT They look flimsy but they're way more solid than I expected. The telescoping feature is well designed and even when fully extended they felt sturdy. The base rotates which I didn't think would be a big deal, but it actually is quite a nice feature! It makes it easy to rotate heat around your Weiner. Low down Affordable Sturdy Holds a hot dog with no problems Excellent from marshmallows

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, i.e. grilling marshmallow and hot-dogs. For the bigger BBQ hot-dogs, it's better to not fully telescope it. And does complaining that it's loose in the handle, it's meant like that. You just roll the red job to turn your marshmallow, instead of turning the whole stick, which makes it really easy to grill a perfectly even brown not burned marshmallow!

ステンレス製で棒の部分は延びますので、焚き火の火の強さに対応出来ます。 マシュマロ・チーズ・ソーセージ・厚切りハムなど焚き火で焼いて食べるのは最高です。

Please make sure u check the product specs carefully because it is NOT eligible for return. I was expecting the bigger skewer that holds 2 corn cobs at the same time, well, that’s not it. Unfortunately it’s not eligible for return so I can’t return it, and can’t use it for for corn as I intended to. I guess will just use it for marshmallows.

Brilliant. Wish i'd bought them ages ago. Two none sharp prongs (kid/drinker friendly), good length so you don't burn your face off doing your grill bits. The little colour circle turns the fork too, brill. My fave bit though is cos they collapse they fit in my kitchen drawer.
