KeyUnity Titanium Flat Key Rings, 33/25/17.5mm Side Pushing Split Ring for Key Carabiner Flashlight Knife Dog ID Collar Tag

I bought these rings as a bundle with a carabiner in the KeyUnity line. Since they all have a sandblasted finish they look great together. The reviews I read before I got mine concerned me about them being no better than the old steel key rings I was replacing. My experience is the negatives didn’t happen, possibly because I read and followed the instructions in the Amazon photos. Pinching: Doesn’t happen Some reviews complain the rings pinch like standard rings. If you follow the directions in the product description here on Amazon and SLIDE the topmost section OUT (NOT UP as with standard rings) this doesn’t happen. Smallest ring: Nearly as easy as largest Some reviews complain that the smallest ring is difficult to open. Its size makes it a bit harder. But again, the design is to push the ring to the side, not up. I was easily able to add a nail clipper and the tiny ring on my TiSpanner. Bent rings: Didn’t happen to me I saw photos in the reviews showing bent and misshapen rings - especially on the smallest one. As my photos show, that didn’t happen to me on all three sizes. They returned to their original positions: nice and flush. Material: Titanium Titanium is lighter and stronger than steel. This allows them to be thinner than the classic old key rings. Finish: Sandblasted When buying titanium pocket / everyday carry products this is my preferred finish. It’s common to most titanium items. It doesn’t peel or flake like paint or other coatings. If scratched, it isn’t as noticeable (as if it was polished). In my case it matches the carabiner key ring I bought as part of a bundle.

Great little key ring it will never come off unintentionally I can guarantee that in the first 20 minutes of my experience.. lol so, I attached to something just as a test without thinking to the ease of taking it off.. there is no ease at all. It took me another 7 minutes to remove from said item. So all in all a sturdy little ring that was perfect for it's intended use .

First off your keys will NOT fall out of these but with that said getting keys on them in the first place is a pain. A regular house key goes on with a struggle but if you’re adding a car key or anything else made of thicker plastic it’s a fight.

Like the title says these are a hassle. They are too stiff on first use. Yes they are titanium, so they do get points for that, but after finally getting my keys and carabiner all put together I felt like I might as well have just used a normal old stainless jumper ring instead. Even with a screw driver and prying it sideways like the instructions say, it was a fight to get it open enough for even a single brass house keys width. They seem durable enough and I haven’t second guessed the integrity of the rings holding the keys or carabiner.

These are not your average key rings! The sturdy, solid metal construction gives them a premium feel without being heavy. The increased stiffness is a significant improvement over standard rings, keeping keys secure and organized. They also have a nice, clean design. I was so satisfied that I've already purchased two sets to replace all my existing key rings. If you're looking for a durable, stylish, and more functional alternative to traditional key rings, look no further.

Do not use this for a dog tag or anything other than a few keys. Purchased to use as a dog tag ring for my 8mon old puppy after a terrifying experience with a traditional tag ring. Pros: These rings are super light weight. Comes in a size multipack for a variety of uses and look nice. Cons: Not at all easy to use. Coating scratches off just by trying to load tags or keys onto the ring. Flimsy. Dreadful durability and breaks very easily. I would not recommend this product for anything other than a couple keys that will not get a ton of use. Very disappointed in this product. Used the medium size in the black multi size pack as a dog tag ring. Our puppy got caught on the corner of a cabinet and broke it. Just that small catch was enough to scare her and forced her to tug away. She is alright just startled in the moment but the ring did not fair so well. While this was a fluke accident with the dog getting caught, I am very dissatisfied with the overall quality of this product and that is the reason for my 1 star review.

This ring is well made without sharp edges.

A very interesting alternative to normal key rings, they’re definitely more sturdy too. A little difficult to get on but they also won’t break under normal use.

Feels like actual titanium and looks good. Easy to use. Dissapointed in the packageing. Why is it nessesary for this to ship with a oversized plastic case with ads?! Please do better.

J'ai pris le set de petite taille. Des anneaux classiques de la même taille étaient totalement détruit sur les clefs. Avec ces anneaux, il y a une légère déformation, mais ça reste contenu et au vu de l'épaisseur des clefs, je ne m'attendais pas à un miracle mais ces anneaux s'en sortent très bien. Je compte en reprendre plus tard.
