Milestones Narrow Sippy Straw Bottle, Spill-Proof with 100% Silicone Handles and Weighted Straw, 8 oz/250 mL, Gray & Green, 6m+

My son has health issues and he aspirates when drinking. Because of this he has to be a on a special thickened diet, and he can only drink from a slow flow straw bottle. After researching all the different options, I circled back around to the Dr. Brown's Sippy Straw Bottle. (I always come back to this brand!) The best part about this bottle is that it is easy for my sons tiny hands to hold. It comes with removeable silicone handles which he can not use because he has to sit at a 90 degree angle to drink. But even without the handles, it is still the perfect size for him to hold on his own. The handles are soft and flexible and easy to remove and clean. I also love that it has a closable lid, as I often have to pre-mix his drinks and then store them in the fridge. This allows me to not have to store open drinks overnight. These cups are not hard to clean if you have a dishwasher. I simply rinse the cup and then take all the pieces apart - the bottle, the straw, the sippy spout, and the lid - and place them in the dishwasher. I have never had an issue with mold by cleaning them this way. I do think hand washing them would be a little bit more involved, especially for the straw - but the bottles do come with a long tiny brush that fits in the straw for proper cleaning. The weighted straw does not do its job as far as being able to drink from any angle. This is not a problem for us, and actually works better in my favor due to my sons health issues and requirements - but if you are looking for a straw cup that they can tip back and still be able to drink from, this is not the one. Overall this is a great cup. Any Dr. Browns users will know that they are not ideal when it comes to being easy to clean. But it's a small price to pay for a genuinely good quality sippy cup.

Best transition straw bottles from bottle feeders for my 1 year old baby

I love these! My little guy (8 month old) is now drinking from these full time. I did squeeze the bottle part to push the fluid up the straw the first couple of times to help him get the idea. After that he took off and hasn't had any trouble using them. If there isn't a good flow then take it apart and make sure all of the parts are connected tight. Under the cap where the straw attaches are where I find my disconnect issues. My little guy throws his around like he's trying out for Olympic Discus team. I would buy them again 100%. No cracking, no breaks, no leaks, however, they do fling residual droplets from the straw tip that are left over if your kiddo is also into trying out for the Discus Olympic Team.

I bought these originally when my son was 9 months and again at 12 months - they are easily the best sippy cups for him! He immediately took to them and refused others. I can say these bottles have been dropped numerous times from different heights, and not once have they cracked or chipped. They’re not horrible to clean or assemble either, which with how many parts there are, you would think it’d be much more challenging. My son is very short, and although the bottles are pretty long, he can carry them around with him due to how lightweight they are.

This was my son's first post-bottle sippy cup. he loves them! Good quality and easy to throw in the dishwasher. my only complaint is in a pressure change situation (airplane, road trips, even just in the car) they leak, a lot. I feel like a lot of sippy cups have this issue. Otherwise though we still use these and plan to for my next baby

My baby likes his milk a bit warm and it causes these to leak sooo bad even without the straw piece on. Also no matter how well I assemble the straw it still doesn’t function well I have to keep messing with it to the point it makes a mess of all the milk so frustrating!!!

Our favorite bottle for on the go. Just have to make sure straw parts are connected well so that the water flows through

I will say this does take the worrying out of have a liquid mess everywhere and my son loves to hold it and to carry it around with easy. But after only putting water in this I found out after 1hr of him Having his water that the plastic from either the straw or the inner leaves a very unpleasant burning taste in the water. Before giving this to him I’ve boiled everything I’ve cleaned every and even done this a few times and it just will not leave…

Llegaron en buen estado, son muy bonitos y amigables para el uso de los bebes.

Muy buena opción para la transición de biberón a pajita, mi bebé se adapto muy rápido y le encantó. Si lo recomiendo. Y el precio, está muy bien.

Me gusta que la botella , el tapón y las asas son de buena calidad y resistentes a golpes y caídas. En cuanto a los componentes de la pajilla y el popote con pesos no me gusta que son difíciles de limpiar ( aun cuando incluye un cepillo pequeño para este propósito). La pajilla sufre desgaste y daño con el uso ( que es la razón por la cual realicé esta compra para sustituir un set que sufrió desgaste de la pajilla y no venden repuestos para este componente). Si tu bebé ya tiene dientes y le gusta morder asegúrate de revisar siempre este componente antes de utilizar el biberón. La razón por la que sigo utilizando estos biberones aunque son un tanto difíciles de limpiar es por que son muy útiles en la etapa de transición de biberón a vaso.

Estoy contenta con mi compra, pero quisiera saber si de casualidad ve den las pajitas? (Popotes) ya estravie 2 y quisiera comprar repuestos
