I tried this drink one time by chance after ordering some stuff from Holland and Barrett, saw it and thought I’ll buy two just to try. I usually have one before bedtime and it is completely calming and makes sleep easier. Immediately liked the taste (mixed berry- I’m yet to try to the others) but went online and have been ordering multipacks ever since. It’s really good for stopping other unhealthier drinks too like red bull, I will sometimes have one in the morning. Customer service are good too. Overall a great drink please don’t stop making it!

This drink worked wonders for me! As a medical student, my day to day is extremely stressful and filled with caffeine which can make me extremely anxious and this tea completely relaxes me. All of them taste great. My personal favorite is the hibiscus. 10/10 product. Very good pricing. definitely WORTH THE MONEY. Couldn’t recommend more. Love it and will keep buying it.

These drinks are great, unfortunately you cannot as far as I can see buy a preferred flavour. I do not like one flavour so I will stick to my previous choice.

Tried the Lemongrass but now tried this one. Was told about this drink by a family member who lives out in the US and swears by it so wanted to try it! Absolutely love it, such a great taste and actually works, makes you feel calmer! Really like the clean ingredients and no sugar, wish it was easier to get hold of here in London!

These seem to have a calming effect on me, which is always needed with my stress levels. For me I love the Hibiscus flavour, it's not really sweet has a slight fizz and a bite to it. Works for me really well!

Butter taste sorry but didn't like it but others may

I love the taste of this. It's unique though it does remind me of ginger tea. It kind of feels like having a healthy beer thanks to the carbonation, but I don't mean that it has a noticable relaxing effect. Just an enjoyable that is, I believe, caffeine-free. No high fructose corn syrup. I hope these become more popular and available more widely. I'd order it at a bar or restaurant (post-COVID) if I was out and didn't want to drink booze. It's a very suitable alternative.

I really like the Hibiscus flavor. It's like relaxing with an alcoholic drink, but better for you with less sugar. I definitely feel relaxed after finishing one and love how subtle the flavor is. I usually am not a fan of sparkling drinks but this one has become a treat for me -- something I savor. Definitely going to try the other flavors!

This drink is a game changer. I was looking for an alternative to having wine every night to help me relax and this drink is on point. You can literally feel your body relaxing about halfway through the drink. I’ve shared it with friends, and they all say the same thing.

I bought these with the main intention for a non-alcoholic drink and was curious about adaptogens. I bought the variety pack and was surprised that these taste better than I thought based on other reviews. I think the flavors taste very good for a lightly carbonated drink and taste WAY better than a lacroix or Truly. The ginger flavor is a little different since it’s not fruity but the hibiscus and berry are very good, and you can taste the flavor-it doesn’t taste like “TV static with a flavor” lol. They are lightly carbonated as advertised and I personally did feel “mellow” about 45 mins into my first drink. Very subtle mellowness, not tipsy or anything. They were very helpful to have at a big family gathering where everyone is drinking and I found these helpful to have around. I will definitely be getting more and they are more affordable than other brands.
