Used this for the first time on a 4.5 hour flight to Florida. It helped tremendously! It adjusts, twist, and turns to fit just how you need it. I used it around my neck the whole flight. Its easy to handle and connect with the snap to luggage or to a backpack. The wire inside can be felt by touch, but was super comfortable upon using. It helped it stay formed the position I wanted it in. It is firm and supportive.

OMG!!! THIS! This is THE best neck pillow i’ve ever used!!! I have a sinus surgery that required me to sleep sitting up. This pillow was an absolute lifesaver! I was able to curl up the side against my head and wrap the other side around my neck and under my chin so it kept my head up and comfortable no mater which was it fell!!!! It was so cozy! Best $35 i’ve ever spent!!! Lending it to someone else for their sinus surgery soon!

The foam itself... it is memory foam, but it doesn't remember much. But that's fine. It's still very comfortable foam. You'll probably mostly use it in a U-shape. I do. And that may make the malleable shape seem like a gimmick, but it's not a gimmick. It's very good. The fact that it holds its shape adds a lot for the support of the pillow, much like what you're hoping a large premium memory foam pillow will do. Once it's behind my head, I press my head into "the spot" to make the armature form to hug my head how I want it. What that spot is, will be slightly different for each person. You'll notice that it still makes a U shape, but with some small differences that are important. Your variant on the U will probably be different from mine, depending on where on your head you place it. And even if used just as the classic U, the armature adds some much-needed support that other travel pillows don't have. I have to use it unfastened, or else I can't get it into the spot that I want. I really wish it was longer; part of the support, at least in how I use it, comes from the shoulders, and it needs more length to utilize that to the fullest potential. I'm glad I saw another of the reviews with images. Kudos to them for warning us that it could break easily. Better not twist it, or bend it too sharply. I notice that the outer surface of the foam gets pulled very tight when the core is bent. That's not a good thing. Hopefully, with some extra care, it will last a good long time. Cutting a sausage comes to mind. When you bend a sausage, bends a little, until the tension overcomes the case, and it splits into two pieces. But if you put many shallow cuts into the sausage, then you can bend it quite a lot without it breaking. Perhaps some day, I'll get a second one, and try putting some shallow cuts in the foam to see if that prevents the foam from snapping apart. Maybe they'll even sell one like that, by the time I come back for another. My experience with the kind of foam that's inside of it, is that you shouldn't expose it to heat and you should keep it away from chemicals. And of course, keep it away from moisture and dirt, because the foam is porous and will trap it inside to become a bio hazard. Little ball joint armatures... assuming that's what this uses, will tend to wear out and get loose after a few years. So, that's another reason to be nice to it. If it doesn't break or wear out too fast, then this may be my pillow of choice for the rest of my life. Unless they make a longer one. Then, I'll buy that one every time I need a new one, and I'll be happy about it. I'm happy that I bought this pillow.

This travel pillow is very comfortable, soft, and made with high-quality, durable material. It has a great fit and provides excellent support for the neck, chin, and back during travel. The design is modern, easy to adjust, and the color looks great. Super versatile for airplanes and road trips, and totally worth the price. Highly recommend

This pillow worked great at first and was comfortable for travel. Over time, though, the bendable bar inside started poking through the foam, which made it uncomfortable to use. The foam itself is also a bit too thick for some people, depending on neck size and sleeping position. Nice idea and good initially, but durability and fit could be better.

Sooooo I have chronic neck pain. And other kinds of chronic pain, but we'll keep it to the neck for now since this is about a neck pillow. So I use and abuse neck pillows, because they provide the kind of neck support I need for various situations, obviously for travel, but I mainly use them in daily life, on the couch, in the bed at night, etc. I've gone through MANY-a-neck pillow because other ones either don't give me the right support for all situations, OR I use and abuse them too much that they tear and fall apart really quickly. Mainly the latter. I originally bought THIS neck pillow in Sept 2025 (it is now June 2026), and this pillow has given me the best support, versatility, and longevity out of all of the pillows i've experimented with. Now, it IS about time for me to replace mine, as it's finally starting to fall apart, but like I said... I abuse my neck pillows through daily use and rough sleeping, so I don't blame the pillow for that one... 9 months is pretty good for daily vigorous use. I LOVE how it's not only bendable, but the rod inside provides that firm and stable support, without being hard, pokey or boney, if that makes sense. It can snap together, making it easier to stay in the U shape around your neck, or you can keep it open and straight for those nights that you toss and turn, and want the pillow to support you each way, or you can bend it like an S shape, and use it to lay vertically (like in a window seat). It also folds up nicely and doesn't take up a lot of space in a backpack. I highly recommend this product, and i will be buying again... right now... to replace the first one that i've worn out.

So soft and perfect for the plane, felt like it gave good neck support and was perfect for someone on the petite side. Most impressed with the comfort and nice fabric

I got this to use after eye surgery that required me to be in a chin-to-chest position during the day and to sleep either on my right side or face down. This pillow is fabulous for all of that. It's bendable, so I use it during the day to rest my neck and also at night to take pressure off my ear while I'm sleeping. I even bend it into a u-shape to help with face down sleeping. It's thin, so it doesn't bunch up and get in the way of my nose or put pressure on my eye. It's got just the right softness/firmness ratio to provide both support and comfort.

I haven't used it to travel yet but I'm confident it will be great. The pillow feels soft and comfortable but still holds it's shape perfectly. I have neck issues and can't sleep on regular hotel pillows but with this I can use it with a hotel pillows and leave behind the bulky pillow I usually have to bring everywhere.

I love this traveling pillow because it can be band in every direction, the cover can be easily taken off for washing and put back easily. It's light, and small

Exactly as the images I was looking for a comfortable neck pillow but all are annoying and I get sweaty with them but this one os great
