Great!
This is a great piece of kit! Keeps water/tea/coffee warm for nearly 24 hours! Great purchase! But the lid has sadly broke after 2 months of daily use for our builders.

The only one to get
I had 2 of these, they went missing.... SO when we needed a new one I couldn't find these again so ended up with some others. They didn't work, hot water would chill very quickly. Finally I found these again so that is what we use. So nice lid and hinge, so you can remove the top should you need to. Good pump, I can fill a mug with one pump, so that's working well. Obviously easy to clean, stainless steel and timescale will clean out when that's needed. Not much more to say, as this just does what it should. We can leave boiling water on it at say 5pm, and in the morning, 8am, the water is still warm, and this is on the winter with temps down to about zero (Celsius) Not much more to say, buy these.

This is perfect for catering small events. Kept the water hot for hours. Have used many times now. Super price.

Good but not great.
Worked well regarding the pump action and easy to move around. Disappointingly it only kept coffee hot enough for approx 6 hours.

Game changer and stay HOT!
We run a small community centre. We give tea and coffee for free and we were making individual cups on at a time. We have setup a self help beverage counter and use the airport thermosโฆ. ITS AMAZINGโฆ stays hot for a day and has saved us so much efforts!

Delivery was on time but the product started spilling on the second use and now it is not even closing so disappointed

It doesn't keep the water hot for as long as you would like. Have had a Thermos airpot for more than 15yrs and it keeps the hot water piping for hours and hours yet this one doesn't keep the temperature for longer than a couple of hours.

this is very good product, except it slipped out of the car trunk and broke the top lid, is it possible to get a replacement for the lid only ?

For the size definitely worth the cost. I recommend to all if you need hot items inside before you fill add hot water, close lid and wait 15 minutes, empty then refill with your tea or coffee, stays hot longer. I would buy again
