How so simple it explain everything

As an ATSI student: a must have
As a student of the Anatomy Trains big ol Structural Integration program, where we actually go to Maine for 12 weeks to train with the Anatomy Trains team of instructors, this book was so helpful. The video training along with the constant in person training in Body Reading really made this book become an awesome resource. I had read the book on its own without the official training, but it makes a lot more sense after getting your eyes opened to the subtle things in person first.
