Is there a conflict if you use one wireless 5.8GHz transmitter for a bass guitar, and one for a mic on same frequency?

Within the range there are a variety of different channels and should be able to pick one which doesn't interfere. We use Xvive in ears which have six selectable channels within their frequency range and have not had an issue. Think the Lekato has four selectable channels for the wireless mic system.

Can you use this to go from the mixers main out to an amplifier input - saves running cables

Technically yes, but you would need 2 one for Left one for Right out. It also has a slight hiss (at least on mine) not bad on a handheld mic you can mute when not in use (hiss is not noticeable when mic is in use) but could be bad if you’re going to have speakers turned up but no audio coming out. Range is about 20-30 meters with no walls, you can get cable cheaper than these so unless you have a specific need I would always run cable.

Hi guys, please can you let me know if these transmitters are line of sight only or can the work in all areas and positions within the given range?

Not just line of sight, but do not penetrate thick external brick walls. No problem with internal timber/plasterboard walls. Also they reconnect automatically if connection is lost due to multiple walls or steel framed walls in the way when the signal clears the obstruction - very similar to any radio-mic in other words.

I’m using a Lekato WS 50 wireless guitar system, is this compatible to use simultaneously thru my acoustic amp or will I get interference?

I use mine with an Aklot guitar wireless system through my accoustic amp and several other amps and set ups yet to have any interference or drop out. Hope this helps.
