what is the difference between prosensor T13 and procensor 710+?

Does it works on concrete?

Locates rafters through asphalt shingles

If you are asking if it will, the answer is probably not. It senses the subtile change in the inductance of its coils produced by the VERY slight change in density of a stud behind a sheet rock wall. The problem with finding rafters is that they are under decking, plus underlayment (probably tarpaper) and THEN the shingles. And neither the shingles nor the tarpaper are particularly uniform. I'm afraid the only tool that will do what you want is the $700 Bosch terahertz radar unit.

does it work on the outside walls that are stucco ? considering that stucco is being hold with the chiken wire

Nope - your only hope there would be to buy (or find a tool rental place that will rent) the $700 Bosch D-Tect 150 terahertz radar unit. That will literally look inside anything short of an aluminum trailer skin and see stuff as deep as six inches..
