Is the table adjustable to any height in range 28 - 36, or are there only 2 height modes: 28 and 36?

Hi! The 2 Heights are preset - a button pops out at each of the two preset heights and locks the legs in place. They are NOT able to be positioned incrementally between the two advertised presets.

Any idea what the diameter of the legs are! Most especially closest to the floor? Thanks.

Almost an inch and they are not tapered. We have about 150 of them in use and the legs have not been an issue.

Would this work to extend my dinner table for Thanksgiving? I have a pub style table and need more room.

A pub height table is usually 42 inches tall, so the Cosco table would be short.

Would this table work as a temporary desk? Is it sturdy enough to write on?

Absolutely! This table is indeed sturdy enough to function as a desk.
