I've used this product for years and it has always been a purple cream. Now some people are saying in reviews that it is a clear gel. New formula?

I got some from one amazon marketplace vendor that was a clear gel, in the same bottle, last year. But it definitely was not the right stuff. Either there was a bottling mishap, or that vendor was a complete ripoff. Every bottle since then has been the expected purple cream.

It works really well at taming my frizz and has reduced me from 3 to 1 products! Overall, I feel comfortable and confident using the product.

Is this a leave in cream that you apply to damp hair and leave in ?

Great for curly hair

I have been using Icon Mesh styling cream for over 15 years… the packaging has changed but the product is still fantastic! I have long curly kinky hair and this product helps keep the grizzlies away!

My favourite!

This and the gel are my 'go to' product for when I have long and short hair.I love the natural look and it keeps the hair from frizzing.ICON is the ONLY product I have used since 2011.
