I’ve been disappointed time & time again with G-Free pasta available here in US. Yea, the price is outrageous, and from Heinz (who knew?). It is made with corn & eggs, which remain problematic for gluten-intolerance, but I myself cannot always color within the lines so this makes having a bowl of pasta seem worthwhile. This pasta has all the taste, texture, sublime attributes of regular pasta. I found adding olive oil to the water helps give it a smoother texture- silky & chewy in all the right ways. For some of us, being g-free & having to eat crappy pasta is a sad situation! Seriously, this pasta brought tears to my eyes. Made a quickie sauce of tomato, onion, garlic & herbs from the garden.
