Does exactly what I need it to do! Gives shade while I wear my hard hat. I also like that it has a little built in bag and it has some velcro straps to secure it onto your hard hat.

A bit floppy in wind, but does provide some shade.

If you work out side, buy it now. The reduction in sun is awesome. Doesn't hold much heat. I did flat roofing with this (torching and high heat machinery). It is not a cure all for UV protection. I would still recommend protecting your skin, but I found I did not need to as much on the sides or back of neck. Way less sunburns!
