Is it red to battery, white to coat?

There’s only one way you can plug it in.

I have the heated boot warmers. I do not have this controller and they barely get warm. I thought they’d run at 100% heat without. Is this the fix?

Does this come with the connections to wire it to the battery or will I need to order that separately?

can it work both gloves and jacket at same time

It could BUT gloves and jacket would be at the same "heat" setting and you might not need the same setting for both. i.e. If you have a windscreen on your ride and wear your heated jacket liner with an undershirt, and jacket your core body could be warm on a medium setting but you hands (not protected by the windscreen) could be very cold and need a higher heat setting.
