Exercise Resistance Band Set: Stretchy Exercise Bands (11 Piece Set)

I ordered this set of resistance bands because I bought a fitness dvd set that uses them from time to time. I have never used them before, but these seem to work well. Nice that it all fits in a handy bag. Comes with everything you need to get started including a booklet with some exercises you can do with them. With those I believe I will take this set with me when I travel for work which is quite often. That way I can get in a strength workout wherever I happen to be! Plenty of weight equivalents to work up to. Even has door anchor. A really nice set that is a nice value to get started with to see if you like them. I would buy again. Thank you

The resistance bands appear to be very well made. They have been very durable for the few weeks that I have had them. I never have an excuse for not exercising because they can be taken anywhere in their carrying case. The bands can be used almost anywhere because you can hook them onto a door, onto furniture or even a tree limb! I like the way that you can combine different colored bands for different levels of resistance. I find it easy to snap the bands onto any of the three types of attachments. It is a bit harder to unhook the bands when you need to change the configuration. Perhaps they are designed to be harder to unhook as a safety feature.

Just what I was looking for to rehabilitate my shoulder. The bands are of good quality and the accessories are nice. I'd like to see resistance numbers on each band so I don't have to have the color chart handy, but that's my only complaint.

The bands and handles seem sturdy, but the clips to attach them together are very difficult to use. I had to just choose one size of band and leave it on because it's so difficult. The door attachment is great and gives you a wider possible range of exercises.

I bought these resistantce bands because of being a quadriplegic in a wheelchair I have a hard time working out with other equipment that doesn’t fit me at all. I saw these resistant bands I used something like these when I was in the hospital so I figured I’d get a set and they worked out great I strongly recommend this product.

These resistance bands are top-notch. They are very well made and come in different resistance levels. What I find extremely valuable is that each band has a carabiner-type connector on each end. This means I can connect one band, or multiple bands to the handles and increase the resistance for specific exercises. I LOVE this feature. This makes the entire kit flexible and valuable far beyond what I paid. I highly recommend this product.

I am only 5'2" and the 10-12 lb. band completely detached from where it clips to the handles while I was doing a workout video designed for use with resistance bands. It whipped me as a result, and let me tell you, that HURTS. This product is so cheap that it's unsafe. Would never recommend and I'm returning this product.

Very high quality set especially for the price. The metal clips are much sturdier than the plastic found on many resistant band sets. I bought two sets; one for home and one for my office so I can grab a quick workout over lunch. I recently had a lumbar microdiscectomy so this is perfect for getting back into resistance training without the stress of free weights.
