One of the best purchases I have made in recent memory for the house, works brilliantly and is very convenient to use. The laser is also very helpful to see the dust. Can be a bit heavy for some people for extended use, but otherwise no complains at all.

One day of usage and I’m so impressed. For a cordless vacuum cleaner suction power is awesome. All reviews have been true!

I was delivered a used item for the second time and this is not acceptable. I want action to be taken and replaced by a new one

I like the slim design and easy maneouverability of this cordless vacuum cleaner. It has all the "heads" that you can possibly use to clean your rooms from top to bottom, then inside and out! I like the buit-in laser in one of the heads coz you will see minute dusts that you miss on the first go. The suction power is unbelievably superior to other brands. And the ease of using and maintaining it is definitely a plus factor. The only downside is the weight of the main body, my prolonged use was a bit an issue for my arms. Perhaps buying the trigger lock gadget might relieve some of the constant weight. Will buy that and see if it changes anything. But overall I would give this product a 5 for functionality and innovation.

it was my first Dyson purchase , was hesitant cos of the price but do not regret it . strong suction power. cleans dust & my cat hair really well . you think you wont use the light but it really helps.

Be careful - with laser beam you might become obsessed on finding the dust

I really liked this Dyson for about a year. Even with only light use, the motor began to malfunction after only about a year. It turns on and off so does not work properly. Battery is not the issue. Main body replacement was required. I don’t think I will purchase another Dyson as they are so expensive and unreliable. Very disappointed.

potente ma pochi accessori, manca lo snodo che è fondamentale per arrivare sotto al letto, nella versione per l'Italia mi è stato spiegato che Dyson mette meno accessori che in altri paesi, verificato sul sito Dyson. Peccato perchè visto il prezzo credo che l' snopdo dovesse essere incluso essendo un accessorio fondamentale.

When we unboxed the vacuum we had difficulty attaching the stick to the head unit, especially when following the provided instructions. However once we watched a YouTube video it was much clearer. Have vacuumed a rug, Holland blinds, cat fur off a cushion and carpet. Am very impressed with how clean these things are after being vacuumed. The vacuum does a thorough job. Although still wondering if the battery will do up to an hour?

مكنسه رااااااائعه تستاهل كل ريال خصوصا رأس الليزر تشيل الغبار والاجزاء الصغيره والاشياء اللي ممكن ماتشوفها بالضوء العادي كنت متردد بسبب سعرها لكن بعد التجوبه انصح تلكل فيها خصوصاv15
