This is great and VERY comfortable! There were a lot of size choices and I made the right ones. Be sure to get an accurate measurement of your neck and the vertical distance from your chin to collarbones. I got the tallest version which fits and supports with no strain or pressure. It's just keeping the neck straight. My neck has given me trouble since it was damaged in an accident when I was a little child. Sleeping can be painful, no matter what position I take, but this cervical collar already feels like a healthy solution.

Very soft and comfortable. Can wear for a good length of time. It doesn't fold down or slide around. Fits average size neck. Meaning if you have a small thin neck line it may be too big. If you have a large thicker neck area it may be too small. There's not alot of velcro for adjusting. Easy to spot clean. So far its been very durable. And a good price!

This neck brace works well, but it does tend to run a bit bigger. It is well priced and does the trick.

This was the first neck support brace I used at nights to eliminate the use of chin straps that were causing neck pain from the cranial pressure holding my chin in place that initially replaced the CPAP machine. It might work great for men, but it was too wide in the back of the neck for me. This product is well made and should function very well for someone needing this width and firm support at the back of the neck. UPDATE This product is backed by an excellent company! Not soft enough. Too high for comfort.

This neck support is very comfortable and soft. It helps keep the neck stable and reduces pain. The material feels good and it is easy to wear. I recommend it for anyone who needs extra neck support.

I was looking for relief as my neck and shoulders muscles were very tense and felt weak. I had recently injured my left shoulder, rotator cuff. I was given a sling, but that aggravated it and caused my back to tense in my neck and my shoulders. I used heat to help relax the tension. I was in excruciating pain. I had gone to see a doctor and was referred to PT. In the meantime, I purchased a back brace to help support my back. The back supporter helped, but I was beginning to have trouble lifting my head up. Also, I was getting tingling in my fingers. I went to PT and was put in a traction apparatus and it helped. I only went twice and only on the apparatus once. I was still in pain still using heat to help the tension. I looked into a neck brace and I'm happy I did. This brace is a lifesaver! I put it on and what a difference it made! I had it on for about an hour and the relief was immediate. This brace is simple and it is so comfortable. It is relieving the pain in my shoulders and helping my head from tilting downward. The brace is soft, but holds its shape for ultimate comfort. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is a decent product and a good price. I bought it to replace our old soft collar which was labelled as 3.5 inches. This was too wide and kept sliding up over the chin! Our original had a more contoured shaped with a slight cut out in the front and tapered towards the back.

I think they've sent me a larger neck brace. A 2.5 inch would have been perfect. But I've received a 3 inch brace. I bought this for controlling snoring and it kind of works. Basically when you are sleeping on your back, the lower jaw loosens and opens up as you fall asleep. This is why we start snoring. Wearing a neck brace like this holds the jaw and keeps the mouth closed. There are other face/chin straps for this. But I didn't find them comfortable. This one seems to do the job well. Just be careful about the size and softness when buying so that it is not uncomfortable while sleeping. For 250/- we can experiment and find the best fit.
