How do I buy extra whippers? Every few weeks it ends up in the trash can or somewhere else bad, and I just want extras...

Did the same thing. Checked their website and it says you can’t buy them separately. I bought the universal ones from Amazon which are a little too small. My dad used some tools to melt the plastic, making the hole bigger, and it fit.

How long does the milk take to get to 150°F (65°C)?

I followed the instructions 3 minutes and turns off automatically when finished.

Is the milk considered to be "hot" or just "warm"? 150 degrees does not help.

I bought 2 of these. One does get the milk a little hotter than the other one. But for me, it doesn't get the milk hot enough for my latte. I fill it slightly below the max line. After pouring my 2 espresso shots in, the temperature is very drinkable. Measuring the temp a few times it averaged 140 - 144 degrees. I have the Nespresso milk frother and it doesn't get hot enough either. I liked this one because I want my milk hot and only with a little foam. If it warmed up the milk just a bit hotter it would be perfect.
