Short Lead
Excellent item. Easy to set up, easy to clean, heated up really quickly and stayed warm. Just one issue for me was the length of the lead which was approx. 88cm. I needed to use an extension lead which was then a trip hazard for my guests. Otherwise it is a great item and good fun to use. 4 stars just because of the length of the lead.

What's not to love about this grill !
I've wanted Raclette grill for years and this meets all my expectations. It's compact, it's so easy to use and brought joy to an fun meal with friends. It was a little bit smaller than I expected as I bought the one for 6 people, and there were 4 of us, but it just meant we took our time and cooked a few little things at a time and enjoyed the catch up and fun eating. I used it again with another person and it was perfect for the 2 of us and we could put more of a selection on to grill. Loved this and depending on how much use I get of it I may consider purchasing a bigger version. I will be purchasing another of this one as a gift for a friend who has also wished one for years. Highly recommend and i am so pleased to have got one finally.

Good intro to raclette
This is a good basic raclette but you can’t alter the temperature. It’s either on or off. The grill isn’t very non stick and can’t get it completely clean after 5 or 6 uses. Still useable but may now invest in a slightly better upgraded version.
