Very happy with this. Great quality, got it in a Black Friday deal and is definitely value for money. High speed on the chopper and blender is good. Very powerful. It is easy to use and has a good variety of uses with the whisk attachment, masher attachment and chopper.

Brilliant piece of equipment. Applies itself to various kitchen tasks. Great for many aspects of cooking. Superb value for money. Simple to use and easily cleaned.

We will see I bought this one approximately 6 months ago as it’s same brand predecessor unfortunately had the wire damaged after over 10 years. Unfortunately I used it once yesterday and it stopped working after one minute. It made a sound but nothing turned. I must admit Amazon were amazing and have delivered me a replacement in something like 15 hours. When their drop off system at Morrisons didn’t work they said don’t worry about it. So great customer service, I hope this one actually works 👍

Great little stick blender !

Great quality as you'd expect from Kenwood, expensive but worth it, it should last for years, powers through soups, mayo & mash, should have bought this sooner, love it.

Bought as a replacement for my original one. Lasts well( 7 years) Does all I need

So first of all, the lid of the chopper broke after a few use. The chopper still works with the broken lid but considering how much I paid for the hand mixer compared to other brands, I must admit I am very disappointed. The worst part is the whisk attachment. I have to say this is absolutely ridiculous. I used it for making pancakes, and NEVER used it again. When I tried to mix dry ingredients, I lost half of the ingredients in seconds. The whisk has no stability so the powders went out of the bowl. It did the same to wet ingredients as well, eggs and milk went all over the kitchen wall. I used a deep and big enough bowl to mix these things but it didn’t matter. The whisk seriously lacks stability, it swings around to create a mess. Completely unusable. The mixer attachment is very bulky (wide) so it is kind of awkward to use. Also, it is unnecessarily very shallow so it scratches the bottom of a pan when I use it for making a soup, which was the main purpose of the purchase. It doesn’t matter how carefully I use it since it is shallow to the point the blade touches the pan. The design is nice but it is cheaply made, doesn’t feel sturdy at all and the quality isn’t there. I just don’t know why this costs significantly more than other products. It doesn’t have any extra value to justify it. Overall, I’m not happy at all. I used to think Kenwood was a reputable brand hence I was happy to pay £100 for a hand mixer, however, this product changed my perception of their brand negatively. I don’t recommend buying this, not worth the price at all.

I purchased this item 7 month ago and as customers we search and pay for the best items for our use. After 7 months of usage this blender suddenly stopped working out of blue. When contacted to amazon they enlightened me that this item doesn’t have warranty??? How? Are we living in stone age? Every electronic does have a manufacturing warranty of one year and the information about this product doesn’t say it that it doesn’t have warranty. It’s misleading and extremely wrong. They let me buy external warranty from another source and they are not helping as well. It means i throw my money in the dustbin. Extremely disappointing purchase.
